Noah, Daniel, and Job—Patterns of Living an Overcoming Life On the Line of Life to Fulfill the Economy of God

Message One

Living and Working according to the Vision of the Age to Change the Age

THE EXTRACT OF THE OUTLINES

Scripture reading:

Ezek. 14:14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in the midst of it, they would deliver only their own souls by their righteousness, declares the Lord Jehovah.

I. Noah, Daniel, and Job are patterns, revealing how we can live a victorious life on the line of life to accomplish God’s economy by living and working according to the vision of the age to turn the age—Ezek. 14:14; Matt. 24:37-39. (Monday)

II. The lives of Noah, Daniel, and Job reveal that The Triune God dispenses Himself into His chosen and redeemed people to accomplish His eternal economy—1 Tim. 1:3-4; Eph. 3:2:

A. In Noah we see the faithfulness of God the Father in keeping His eternal covenant; this covenant is His eternal economy to dispense the All-Inclusive Christ into His chosen people—Gen. 9:8-17; 1 Cor. 1:9.

B. In Daniel we see that Christ the Son is the centrality and universality of God’s move; the goal of God’s eternal economy is to gain the corporate Christ to become a great mountain that fills the whole earth, causing the whole earth to become the kingdom of God—Dan. 2:31-45; 7:13-14. (Tuesday)

C. In Job we see that God the Spirit, through the renewing of the Holy Spirit, leads those who love Him through the process of transformation so that they may see God and gain God, enabling God to gain a corporate expression and be glorified—Job 42:5-6; 2 Cor. 3:16-18.

III. “But Noah found grace in the eyes of Jehovah”—Gen. 6:8: (Wednesday)

A. The life and work of Noah reveal how much grace can do for fallen man; grace is Christ as our burden-bearer doing everything in us and for us—2 Cor. 12:7-9.

————————————————————————

B. The three stories of the ark signify The Triune God in our experience; The Spirit, signified by the lower story, brings us to the Son, and the Son brings us into a higher experience to the Father—1 Pet. 1:2; John 16:8, 13-15; 14:6; Eph. 2:18; 1 John 1:5; 4:8. (Thursday)

————————————————————————

IV. The book of Daniel shows us that we must redeem the time to enjoy Christ as God’s supreme treasure so that we may be constituted with Him to become preciousness itself, as His own treasure—Dan. 9:23; 1 Pet. 2:7. (Friday)

————————————————————————

V. “Then Jehovah answered Job…And Jehovah turned the captivity of Job”—Job 38:1; 42:10a: (Saturday)

A. Job’s suffering was a matter of God’s stripping; God’s purpose was to tear down the natural Job and build up a Job with the divine nature so that he would pursue God, gain God, and express God—Job 1:1; Phil. 3:8.

B. The book of Job reveals that the sixty-six books of the Bible speak of only one thing: God in Christ through The Spirit dispensing Himself into us to be our life, nature, and everything; this should be the governing principle of our life—Job 10:13; Eph. 3:9.

OPENING WORD OF THE PROPHESYING MEETING

Reading the verses in each day.

Reading the main points in the outlines.

Pray-reading the verses:

Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in the midst of it, they would deliver only their own souls by their righteousness, declares the Lord Jehovah—Ezek. 14:14.

You were watching until a stone was cut out without hands, and it struck the image at its feet of iron and clay and crushed them… The stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth—Dan. 2:34-35.

Word of Appetizer

What revelation do the lives and examples of Noah, Daniel, and Job give us?

Noah, Daniel, and Job are examples that reveal how we can live a victorious life on the line of life to accomplish God’s economy; this is to turn the age by living and working according to the vision of the age.

The lives of Noah, Daniel, and Job reveal that the The Triune God dispenses and works Himself into His chosen and redeemed people to accomplish His eternal economy; the entire Bible is written according to this governing principle: the The Triune God dispenses Himself into us for us to experience, enjoy, and express Him to accomplish His divine economy.

Spiritual Burden

The book of Job reveals that the sixty-six books of the Bible speak of only one thing: God in Christ through The Spirit wants to dispense Himself into us to be our life, nature, and everything so that we can live Christ and express Christ; this should be the governing principle of our life.

The way to live and work in this principle is by exercising our spirit to be everything and do everything by The Spirit, with The Spirit, in The Spirit, and through The Spirit.

Concluding Word of the Prophesying Meeting

The Revelation of the Truth

Noah, Daniel, and Job are examples that reveal how we can live a victorious life on the line of life to accomplish God’s economy; this is to turn the age by living and working according to the vision of the age.

The lives of Noah, Daniel, and Job reveal that the The Triune God dispenses and works Himself into His chosen and redeemed people to accomplish His eternal economy; the entire Bible is written according to this governing principle: the The Triune God dispenses Himself into us for us to experience, enjoy, and express Him to accomplish His divine economy.

The Experience of Life

The life and work of Noah reveal how much grace can do for fallen man; grace is the wonderful Christ as our burden-bearer, doing everything for us within us for our enjoyment.

To face the presence of Satan, we need the presence of God; by the power of grace, the strength of grace, and the life of grace, we can be right with God, with one another, and even with ourselves.

Practice and Application

The book of Daniel shows us that we must redeem the time to enjoy Christ as God’s supreme treasure so that we may be constituted with Him to become precious persons, even preciousness itself, as His own treasure.

God in Christ through The Spirit wants to dispense Himself into us to be our life, nature, and everything so that we can live Christ and express Christ; this should be the governing principle of our life. The way to live and work in this principle is by exercising our spirit to be everything and do everything by The Spirit, with The Spirit, in The Spirit, and through The Spirit.

PROPHESYING TOPICS—TWELVE TOPICS PER WEEK

Day 1

T1 The Triune God works Himself into His chosen and redeemed people to be their life and life supply (Psa. 36:8-9).

(Please illustrate according to what principle the whole Bible is written.)

T2 The rainbow, which God set in the cloud as a sign of the covenant, signifies God’s faithfulness (Gen. 9:12-17; 1 Cor. 1:9).

(Please illustrate that although the rainbow has many colors, there are only three primary colors—red, yellow, and blue. What are the significances of these three primary colors?)

Day 2

T1 The great image in Daniel 2 signifies the aggregate of human government (Dan. 2:34-35).

(Please illustrate that the destiny of the great image is to be smashed by a stone cut out without hands at the time of its manifestation.)

T2 I had heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye has seen You (Job 42:5-6; 2 Cor. 3:18).

(What is the reason that “seeing God transforms us”?)

Day 3

T1 But Noah found grace in the sight of Jehovah (Gen. 6:8; Heb. 4:16).

(What element causes us to need grace?)

T2 The first building in the Bible is Noah’s ark (Gen. 6:14-16; Heb. 11:7).

(Why is the ark said to be a building?)

Day 4

T1 The ark had lower, second, and third stories (Gen. 6:16).

(Please illustrate that the three stories of the ark signify The Triune God.)

T2 There was only one window on the ark (Gen. 6:16; Acts 26:19).

(Please illustrate that in God’s building, there is only one window, one revelation, and one vision.)

Day 5

T1 A person who seeks to understand prophecies must have an intimate relationship with God (Dan. 9:23; 10:5-7).

(Please illustrate that this person whom Daniel saw was not only Jehovah but Jehovah becoming a man.)

T2 The transcendent Christ is the center and universality of God’s move on earth (Dan. 10:5-7).

(Briefly describe the five aspects in which the transcendent Christ appeared to Daniel for his appreciation, that he might receive comfort, encouragement, hope, and strengthening.)

Day 6

T1 Job was satisfied to remain in the realm of success in gaining material things and in moral achievements, but he had none of God (2 Cor. 3:18).

(Please illustrate that God’s intention was to bring Job into a deeper seeking of God so that he could gain God, not the blessings of God or the achievements he had through his own perfection and integrity.)

T2 Everything we do and are should be by the Spirit, with the Spirit, in the Spirit, and through the Spirit (Gal. 5:25).

(Please illustrate that in our daily life, we should not be in the realm of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil but in the realm of the life-giving Spirit.)
