Word of Appetizer
What does the pomegranate symbolize in the Bible?
In the Bible, the pomegranate symbolizes the fullness, richness, and beauty of life, as well as the rich expression of life. A ripe pomegranate, with its seeds, gives the impression of fullness, richness, and beauty of life. If we experience and enjoy Christ as the wheat, barley, vine, and fig tree, we will have the richness of Christ’s life in us, and we will also bear the beauty of Christ. This is to experience Christ as the pomegranate tree. If we grow and mature in life, we will become pomegranates.
Spiritual Burden
In the Bible, the pomegranate symbolizes the fullness, richness, and beauty of life, as well as the rich expression of life; if we grow and mature in life, we will become pomegranates;
In 2 Peter 1:3-8, we have the development of the excellencies of virtue by the enjoyment of the divine nature; eventually, we have the full development and maturity in life, from the seed of faith through the root of virtue and knowledge, the trunk of temperance, and the branches of patience and godliness, to the flowers and fruits of brotherly love and love.
Concluding Word of the Prophesying Meeting
Revelation of the Truth
In the Bible, the pomegranate symbolizes the fullness, richness, and beauty of life, as well as the rich expression of life.
The pomegranates and golden bells were on the hem of the high priest’s robe, signifying the church.
The two hundred pomegranates on the tops of the two pillars around the temple signified the rich expression of life.
According to the Song of Songs, the pomegranate has spiritual significance in the individual believer’s progressive experience in the love relationship with Christ.
In 2 Peter 1:3-8, we have the development of the excellencies of virtue by the enjoyment of the divine nature.
The Experience of Life
The two hundred pomegranates on the tops of the two pillars around the temple signified the rich expression of life; those who judge themselves (brass), not considering themselves, are able to bear full responsibility in a complicated situation (the network of checker work and the wreaths of chain work), because they live not by themselves but by trusting in God (the lilies); when our natural man disappears, we have the ninety-six pomegranates, the rich expression of Christ’s life in the reality of the spiritual air.
Practice and Application
If we grow and mature in life, we will become pomegranates; the more we love the Lord Jesus and are willing to be controlled and regulated by Him, the more we will grow in life.
Whatever we speak in the church must be from a divine origin, from a divine source. At the same time, we also need the fullness of life to be expressed in the linen—humanity. Hence, in the church there is the beautiful expression of life in our humanity, and there is also the divine sound coming from the golden bells.
